Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C and line small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, dashes of salt and garlic powder, and the Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth. Add flour, a 1/2 teaspoon at a time, if too sticky. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each into a rope then tie it into a knot.
- In small bowl, blend melted butter with ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Place knots on prepared baking sheet and brush with garlic butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Brush knots again with remaining garlic butter then sprinkle with the parmesan and parsley.
