Method
- Bring a small pot of water to boiling. Add green beans for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-high. Spray then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add green beans, lemon juice and zest, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes then toss and turn. Continue cooking 4 minutes or until bright green and slightly charred.
Notes
Adjust the amount of lemon and garlic to please your palate.
